I got tagged by Erin to post the 4th picture in the 4th file on my computer. Not sure exactly what that means, because my computer has a TON of files. I'm a radiologist, so I have pictures of lots of different things. so I opted for the 4th folder in the "my pictures" section, 4th picture there.
